Use Potions to Heal Rook
Rook can be healed using potions both during and out of combat. Rook can only bring up to 3 health potions by default, but your potion stash can be replenished by breaking green pots found in the field.
Some of Rook's Abilities Can Heal
Certain classes and their specializations have abilities that can heal Rook. For example, Death Caller, a specialization of the Mage class has abilities that can drain the life of enemies and heal Rook. This still depends if you have unlocked the passive that enables healing.
Companions Can Heal Rook
Certain companions can also heal Rook if they have abilities that can heal. Bellara Lutare, for example, is a support that has an ability called Replenish that can heal Rook's health.
