The Smuggled Relic Case Objectives
Contact The Shadow Dragons
You Must Have Neve Gallus In Your Party
To ally with the Shadow Dragons, you head to Minrathous with Neve once again to get in touch with some familiar faces who need help with an operation.
Track Down The Relic
Follow Neve until you reach a Chantry. Find a way into the Chantry until you see some sort of magical disturbance. Defeat the demons that'll suddenly emerge, then head further inside the temple.
Have Neve Investigate Points of Interest
Upon managing to enter the temple, you should find one clue inside that'll point you to where the relic case might be.
Follow the quest marker, which should take you to several areas within Dock Town, and investigate each point with Neve.
Find a Way Into The Docks
With Neve, gain access to the docks by opening a frozen gate. Navigate the semi-labyrinthine rooftops until you reach the dockyard. Beat up the Venatori that show up.
Recover The Relic
Defeat Albin Bataris
After defeating the Venatori at the Dockyard, you'll quickly interact with a character named Rana Savas, who hints you to the locaion of a relic handoff.
You'll eventually reach a Venatori Barrier. Get through it and reach a rooftop area, where you'll have to defeat the boss Albin Bataris to recover the relic.
