Sea of Blood Objectives
Talk to The Crows to Find The Mage-Killer
Use one of the Eluvians in the Converging Eluvians to travel to Treviso. Once there, talk to Teia of the Antivan Crows.
Recruit The Demon of Vyrantium
Follow Teia around Treviso. You can interact with some Merchants during this segment.
Reach The Cantori Diamond where you will be introduced to the faction head, Caterina Dellamorte. Speak with her to learn more about the 'Demon of Vyrantium'.
Find Lucanis
Reach Lucanis's Cell
Follow Illario Dellamorte who'll lead you to a boat that will drop you off at the prison Entrance Hall. Follow the quest marker until you reach the cell.
Destroy The Barrier Crystals
Once you reach Lucanis's Cell, find and destroy 3 crystals to breach the barrier. You can use either ranged weapons or skills.
A quick cutscene will play after breaching the cell, introducing you to The Demon of Vyrantium - Lucanis Dellamorte.
Find and Destroy Lucanis's Blood Vial
Defeat The Fabricator
Head further into the prison and defeat The Fabricator mini-boss. After beating The Fabricator, grab the chest that's just outside then continue downwards. You'll have to beat some Venatori on the way to the marker.
Reach The Warden's Tower
Find a way to get inside the Warden's Tower. Make use of Lucanis's ability Spite's Reach on the crystals leading into the tower. Breach another barrier to reach Lucanis's Blood Focus.
Fulfil The Contract
Defeat Calivan
After ridding Lucanis of his Blood Focus, the last thing to do is defeat the Boss - an Elven mage named Calivan.
After the battle, you can further explore the area to collect any loot and insight. Once ready, speak to Lucanis, who'll then go with you back to the Cantori Diamond.
